Cancellation Policy

Starting October 1, 2026, we will be implementing a new office policy regarding cancellations and no-shows for all appointments.

Please note we require 24-hour notice for all cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.  If you do not call to reschedule your appointmnet within 24 hours prior to it, you will be charged $50.00.  If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, it will also incur a $50.00 charge.

Unfortunately, last minute cancellations and no shows leave spaces in our schedules where we could otherwise see patients who are waiting for appointments.
